Last August, All About The Bay organized an enthralling expedition to Sequoia National Park that saw 18 participants embarking on an unforgettable journey. This spectacular adventure brought together business owners from various directions, fostering a unique sense of community and togetherness.
“Our Sequoia National Park camping trip was a hit, and the turnout was fantastic!” Karen, the executive director and event organizer, exclaimed, reflecting on the successful excursion. “The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement, laughter, and this beautiful sense of camaraderie among everyone.”

Throughout our adventure, we were based in cabins equipped with showers and flushing toilets, ensuring everyone had the comfort and convenience they needed. As the sun set, the lobby of the cabins transformed into a hub for late-night game sessions, where laughter and camaraderie lit up the surroundings.

- We started with a visit to the General Grant Tree, followed by the Buena Vista Peak, offering a stunning 360-degree view over Redwood Canyon and the High Sierra.
- The day continued with a stop at Hume Lake before checking into our Grant Grove Cabins.
Day 2: Immersing in Nature’s Beauty
- Day two commenced with a visit to the Giant Forest Museum and the Moro Rock, boasting a breathtaking view after climbing 400 steps.
- Following that, we explored the Crescent Meadow Loop Trail, Tunnel Log, and admired the awe-inspiring General Sherman Tree and Tokopah Falls Trail.
- Later, we retreated to the cabins after a fulfilling day of exploration.
Day 3: Unveiling the Wonders
- Day three began with a 2.5-hour drive to the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, eventually leading to the Yosemite Valley.
- We visited the Yosemite History Center and indulged in the Taft Point and Sentinel Dome trails, relishing the scenic beauty and experiencing the park’s rich history.
Karen shared her thoughts on the trip’s success, saying, “Seeing everyone come together, hike, laugh, and create memories was simply amazing. These experiences go beyond just a regular business gathering; they’re about building relationships and supporting each other in and out of work.”
